This project will accept only the manufacturer as the bidder, no any authorized agent is acceptable. If in any particular situation the authorized agent need to participate this bidding directlly instead of the manufacturer, the agent shall provide a written statement signed by the legal person or the top sales manager of the manufacturer, stating that the manufacturer shall bear the responsiblity for whatever the agent's bidding documents contens contains, to the tendering agent prior to the purchasing of the bidding document. The tendering agent will sell the bidding document only after the statement is found true and necessary.
